Abstract

This study presents an extensive analysis on cryptocurrency price prediction using machine learning and statistical models. The research explores various techniques, including ARIMA, LSTM, and ensemble models, to predict the future trends of cryptocurrencies. The study finds that LSTM outperforms other models in terms of accuracy and prediction performance, with an RMSE of 0.0001. The results highlight the potential of machine learning in predicting cryptocurrency prices and provide valuable insights for investors and policymakers.
